The Kofola Group’s name and logo and all other materials that can be downloaded from the Kofola websites are subject to copyrights or are another form of the Kofola Group’s intellectual property. The user of these websites and the organization represented by the user, hereinafter referred to as „you“, shall be allowed to use the Kofola Group’s intellectual property only if:

At request you provide the Kofola Group free of charge with representative samples of materials representing this company’s intellectual property to assure it of meeting these conditions.

You acknowledge that the Kofola Group is an owner of the Kofola Group’s intellectual property and agree with the fact that you have no legal claims to this intellectual property.
The permission to use the Kofola Group’s intellectual property can be withdrawn from you if you use the Kofola Group’s intellectual property in a manner that is misleading for readers or viewers in terms of the relation between the Kofola Group and an author; or in connection with any pornographic material or illegal activities; or in a manner that can damage the Kofola Group’s image in public.
