Kofola acquires majority share in Green-Swan Pharmaceuticals
Prague, 18.1.2007 -The shareholders of Kofola a.s., the leading central European producer of non-alcoholic beverages, have acquired the majority share in the company Green-Swan Pharmaceuticals CR, a.s., one of the most significant Czech producers and distributors of nutritional supplements.
The transaction is of an investment nature with the purpose of exploiting the mutual synergies of Kofola and Green-Swan Pharmaceuticals in several areas, such as marketing, purchasing, development and research.
Both companies will continue to implement their business and marketing strategies. In addition, the companies are also preparing joint business projects.
