Notices on intellectual property rights
The name and logo of the Kofola Group and all other materials that can be downloaded from the pages of www.firma.kofola.cz , are subject to the author's rights or are other forms of intellectual property of the Kofola Group. The user of these web pages, and the organization he/she represents (hereinafter referred to as “you”), may utilize the intellectual property of the Kofola Group only as long as:

• You do not damage, deface or modify the intellectual property of the Kofola Group. You shall place descriptions, labels and notices specified by the company on all materials used in connection with the intellectual property of the Kofola Group.
• Upon request, you provide the Kofola Group at no charge representative models of materials portraying the intellectual property of the company to assure the company of your compliance with these conditions.
• You bear in mind, that the Kofola Group is the owner of the intellectual property of the Kofola Group, and you agree that you do not derive any legal rights from this intellectual property.

The permission to utilize the intellectual property of the Kofola Group may be withdrawn in the event that you use it in a manner that is confusing or misleading to readers in the sense of the relationship between the Kofola Group and the author; or in connection with any kind of pornographic material or unlawful activities; or in a manner that can harm the image of the Kofola Group with the public.
